We offer group fitness classes that mix traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Exercise circuits of intensity cardio and aerobics to build strength and muscular endurance, while having a fun time.
All levels welcome.

Program fee $65 for resident $80 for nonresidents.
