This project will improve the existing landscaping and irrigation along the right-of-ways on Miramar Parkway and Miramar Boulevard. Beautification of these public spaces increase civic pride, boost economic development, and result in attracting more visitors and businesses, which can help stimulate economic growth.
Well designed and maintained landscapes not only beautify but also provide significant environment benefits such as reducing Stormwater run-off and improving air quality. Landscaping also serves to balance man-made with natural organic materials.
