The state-of-the-art, 65,000 square foot Miramar Police Headquarters complements the multitude of public uses that already exist at Town Center and adds to the 1-stop-shop concept for delivery of public services. The facility consolidates major police operations into a single building and also houses the City’s Emergency Operations Center. The facility opened in June 2016 and has received the U.S. Green Building Council’s distinction of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification.
